June Statement Delay
As a result of the July 4th holiday, as well as the need to make statements compliant with new government regulations, there will be a delay in the delivery of your June statements. The delay should be no more than 5-7 business days and affects both mailed and electronic statements. These new regulations require changes to the way transaction information appears on the statement.
You may want to visit our eBranch online or call our Touch Tone Teller to review your transactions or verify your balance before your statement arrives. We apologize for this delay and we expect all statements will be delivered in a timely manner in the future.
